The Dubai Health Authority recently felicitated 36 entities for actively promoting and supporting the vision of Health Tourism in Dubai. The felicitation took place during the sixth quarterly DXH group meeting at the Palazzo Versace, Dubai.
Jassim Saleh Al Awadhi, CEO of Support Services Sector at the Dubai Health Authority thanked the group members for their support in achieving the emirate’s health tourism vision.
He said: “As part of our strategy, we continuously involve our partners from the DXH Group members and stakeholders. With world-class infrastructure for both healthcare and wellness, along with a well-regulated environment, Dubai is a favorable destination for Healthcare tourism and we are keen to maximize our services in this field.”
Dr. Layla said we are constantly thriving to enhance the patient journey; our recent partnership with The Health Bank will enhance the customer experience by offering end-to-end services — right from research of doctors and health facilities to treatment and insurance options. These services will also include personalized care coordination, managing the patient’s health portfolio, Smart Health Passport and 24/7 medical helpline.”
The evening was attended by dignitaries and officials from the government entities and the DXH group members.
