A basic service included for all our guests arriving in Dubai is our meet & greet service upon arrival. All passengers who have booked their stay through Desert Adventures, will be warmly greeted by one our airport representatives who will be waiting for the guests at the arrival section in the airport.
They will hand each guest arrival with their own personalized welcome kit that includes information about their stay, vouchers for services they have booked, emergency phone numbers, and key information about the destination. The airport representative will then guide them towards their transfer pick up point.
