I have been a consultant in orthopedic surgery and traumatology since 2001. I graduated from Cairo University's School of Medicine in 1994 and in 1998 received my Master's Degree in knee ligaments reconstruction. In 2001 I received an MD from Cairo University Hospitals in the field of adults joint reconstruction after special training at Munster University in Germany. I have been Associate Professor at Cairo University's School of Medicine since 2002, and have far-reaching experience in arthroscopic knee and shoulder sports injuries and their reconstruction. I also have 18 years' experience in the management all trauma cases as well as joint replacement surgeries for the knee and hip. Furthermore, I was a consultant surgeon at the Royal Commision Hospital in Saudi Arabia for seven years, providing tertiary care and quality service in joint-related arthroscopic and replacement surgeries.
