In support of the Fitness Challenge, the Dubai Health Council designed and hosted a fun-filled day on 3 November at Skydive Dubai to encourage UAE residents to help make Dubai the most active city in the world.

In support of the Fitness Challenge, the Dubai Health Council designed and hosted a fun-filled day on 3 November at Skydive Dubai to encourage UAE residents to help make Dubai the most active city in the world.

The Dubai Health Council team, representatives of DXH group members, residents and tourists took part in a wide range of fitness activities including a yoga session, in addition to undergoing quick health checkups.

His Excellency Saeed Mohamed Harib, Secretary General, Dubai Sports Council took a pledge on the DXH Health Wall to pursue an active lifestyle along with Dr. Layla Mohamed Al Marzouqi, Director of The Health Tourism Council and Linda Abdulla Ali, Consultant at The Health Tourism Council.

All participants pledged their commitment on the DXH Wall to remain active by adopting a healthy and dynamic lifestyle.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge was launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai Government and Dubai Sports Council, to motivate residents to take up physical activity and making Dubai the most active city in the world.
